Another idea. Regarding chapters :)

I just had an idea. Some of you might love it, some might hate it. Either way, I just wanted to say it:

Many successful legacies and stories are not in threads or in stories, they are in a separate blog. I thought that we could make our own, too. That way, we can make heaps of new features, make it easier for readers to navigate through the story, and promote it. Of course, we will still have this forum and the thread, but as an extra, we can have the site too. I don't know why, but I like sites better. I think it is better because we can actually customise everything, and lay it out how we want.
If we were to go for this idea, (which you don't have to, I'm just suggesting,) I am happy to set it all up. I've got all the banners, photos, logos ect. And I'm happy to invest a lot of my time to get the site working and looking great!
And if we really want to go overboard, I'm happy to set up an e-mail, twitter and facebook for the site. If you look at other sucessful sims stories, they had at least one of these. I just want to do what's best for the story. If not, okay. Just suggesting.

It is far from done, but I wanted to share it so you can help me make the site better. What else should I include? Better ideas for setup? Found a perfect background image? Tell me, so I can tweak it.

Except for one thing that isn't really your fault- I wanted Zoe to be 17, (if Jory agrees to make Kade 17 or 18, too.) because she looks older than 14 and Kade and her kind of 'lead' the carrers, and it won't look right if they'll be two years younger than the rest.

I've pretty much finished the blog, but I feel like I'm missing something. I need ideas!!! I just feel like I've missed something incredibly important!

And I'm trying to find some places where we can advertise it, but to no avail. I'm not giving up, though!

I just wanted to say, it isn't just my site, it is our site. And what I think we should do is upload something every week. No, I don't mean we upload a story every week, that would be pretty hard to do. But, we could upload maybe a tribute bio, some pictures, just a little something every week so readers don't tire of the site and forget it completely.

I also had another idea, which we could do if we're running late. We could have an interview with the head gamemaker (who we'll make up) and Caesar Flickerman, on what to expect from the Games. Of course it will be vague, and we won't really know anything extra, it will just create buzz for the Games. Which is what we're aiming for.

This is an example. And I think we shouldn't have twelve days, because we'd run out of things to do, because in the RPG something spectacular didn't happen every second of the Games.


(I thought that instead of just doing the tributes, we could look into the mentors as well. That way, we have a different perspective and that way people know what they are going through. Since the tributes have no clue what's happening, being a mentor for a chapter lets us know what the districts and Capitol think of the tributes, and we get to see what they do as mentor.)


I think we should figure all this out now, that way we can write it up quicker, take pictures quicker, and ultimately post new chapters quicker.

We don't need to plan it all out exactly, the roster would just be so people know when they have to write, so it saves the week of deciding and replaced with a week of making.

Actually, we cdon't have to wait to make the second part of the frist chapter, since the both of them happen in the same time.

OK, so the first part will have Ele and... One of the guys? Ashlon, Nemo, Sage?
And the chapter after that could have Emmi-Belle or Cyrus, and someone else? That still leaves a district without a reaping chapter, so they should have a Goodbyes chapter after that.
